  Attacks Against Aid Workers

  Jeffrey: Your brother, Stephen, was indeed a brave and innovative individual.  I had the privilage to work with him in Pakistan shortly before his death.  He had drive, the ability to bring order to chaos and a warm sense of humor.  He was a brother to be proud of.
