I don't know because I'm not from Alabama.
A few million signatures from other states may work.
Should the spraying policy continue, there is no guarantee that misguided, decisive, but violent action will not be used by one or more students who perceive such spraying as bullying.
It would not be the first nor last time that one who perceives him/herself as a bullying victim has opted for a "get even" protocol. -
