  Ideas for Change: Replace Free Trade With Fair Trade

       My suggestion to stop global warming is to create very big white reflector panels and place in the oceans and desert lands all around the world, i believe this would cool the oceans water temperture down sugnificantly as well as preventing vicious storms such as monster hurricanes , the giant reflector panels would act like the polar ice caps , reflecting light back up though the atmosphere , instead of the waters soaking the sunlight up. If enough of these panels were put out it would have to cool the earths climate down somewhat , it could possibly make the desert lands livable again.
