80234 phone #303-469-5540. I called their office and his business partner Jody told me that they are distancing themselves from Fortin. I told her I was grateful for that. She told me that any customer who gets a puppy from a shelter or anyplace, that Dr. Gillett will give them a free exam for the first time visit. Jody said that they have heard things about Fortin and therefore want to distance themselves which is good news. My family used to take our dogs to Dr Gillett 30 some years ago when he was with the Huron Animal hospital. Hopefully, Fortin will have a hard time finding a sympathetic ear for his cruel habits. I think we can put him out of business for good! -

Fortin has been around for about 40 yrs. He used to sell mixed breed pups from local residents. It was a rural area where he started and seemed logit. He has taken the puppy mill business to a whole new level! He tries to run over protesters that are on the sidewalk. Both have called the police about the situation and the cops usually side with the protesters. The protests have helped curb some of his business, but it has taken years. He has naive kids working there that protest the protesters. He has little 4 week old puppies sitting on chicken wire with their little tales docked. They are too young to sell, it is disgusting. I have gone in there pretending to want to buy a pup and the dogs water bowls are empty. Those kids don't care. I hope this crap he has pulled now will shut him down. I can only pray something bad happens to him. -
