Reverse decision to try 12 y/o Cristian Fernandez as an adult

The USA's legal system is inhumane and ignores international law. We must start following European and international standards to maintain/regain respect in the world.
The USA is treating its children worse than any other highly industrialized, civilized country. many schools and the media children are exposed to are far below any reasonable standards; child poverty is rampant; Child Protective Services is often unable to help or makes things worse. We must stop our barbaric practices and address our children's problems
