steve commented on the article |I THINK THERE NEEDS TO BE A LOAN OPERATION THROUGH THE GOVERMENT FOR PEOPLE IN FORCLOSER!! not give the money but a long term loan with little or no interest to pay the bank to get you out of foreclosure and point pay down to make house payments cheaper then if you sign on for the loan you pay back small long payments or when the house sell they get there money first!!

steve commented on the article |we are losing our homes and the banks ARE jumping fees(all around) taking our tax money and living on it!! i lost my job because of bad business and am now losing my home why cant the banks go down just like the rest? they want to take MY home AND pay for there's with my tax money!!! WHATS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?????? we need a group to go in and go over every thing!! shut all foreclosures DOWN!! a 90 day freeze that means no more cards on the door and in the mail box(charge for it) no more jacked up lawyer fees(that's ruthless what they are doing here)!! the lawyer fees i have to pay could of made 5 house payments!! that's almost a 1/2 a year with a place to live!!

well I'm going through it now with citimortgage and don't know what to do!! i hope someone high up reads this because this needs seen what I'm about to say i have had my loan over 13 years at my home were i live we got hit very hard all RVs and housing here it took a nose dive i myself have seen at least 7,000,00 jobs lost here do to it in the last year this is indiana very very small to the big city!! its not our faults i have worked over 20 years!! i got behind in my house payments unemployment is so backed up it took 8 weeks to get it by the time we did get it all the late charges on our bills took two weeks of it and its not that much anyway high gas, high food,no jobs,late unemployment, get behind on house payment and bam here come all the unnecessary paperwork and what i mean by unnecessary is i call every week almost letting them know i live here(got it on phone records) thy send a card in the mail asking me to call in and tell them I'm still living here then have a man once a month drop off a card at door asking the same thing(they know I'm here i keep calling in) after months and months asking to get some kind of help they want to just push the months behind on to the loan and want me to pay the paper work fees and layer fees in two months he he he get this $1,300,07.08 with in two weeks in another month $1,300,07.06 then i can start making my payments again the 3rd month WOW that helps don't it!! then watter bill goes from $35.00 a month to $70.00 now we just got a notice from the town on the news that homeowners property taxes are not being made and the town is going broke phase II OF THE WATTER INCREASE starts in may we are looking at $80.00 to $100.00 dollars a month for starting $35.00 get that then nipsco for utilities gos fro $160.00 a month to a $500.00 jump!! then you add this to it!! all the banks are doing is a legal rapping!! and there hurting every thing no help at all just acting like they are but not doing it!! if they wanted to help they would stop with the legal crap!! they are doing it on purpess!! there needs to be a real freeze on the hole housing market first 90 days if your in foreclosure then i would pump the money in from the bottom and let it work its way up WHY give the banks the money and let them keep it there and make people BEG for the scrapings when you know people want there houses and ARE going to spend the money to live and let all of it spread up!! they way its been done is it trickling down!! just enough to give them a little face!! as the saying goes crap rolls down hill!! if its starts at the bottom you will see the us make a turn around!! if you give it to the top again ??? well i don't think i have to sey!! need to stop talking about giving anymore help to the banks we have been robed already!! you give it to the bottom we get to keep our homes and the bank STILL gets it in the end!! you know its going to get there people dont WANT to live on the streets!! do they??? as soon as you give it to the top again the stocks will crash even harder!! faith in the people needs to be brought back to the people not faith to the banks!!!!!
