Bruce commented on the petition |That an adult human would think this is an appropriate action on a child is bad enough, that it is an educator is frankly disgusting, but that it is an educator tasked with special needs children is grounds to be fired and any school management also aware should be fired. This should also be criminally prosecuted. Absolutely outraged. Kentucky needs to be ashamed of this.
