Sara Rovai-Cortes

Hi my name is Sara and I'm here on Change.Org to fund raise and inform you about the program I'm a part of, Tall Ship's Semester for Girls. I first learned of this program during a high school assembly and it opened my eyes to a new way of learning hands on. It would've so easy to say no, I'm not going to do this but I followed my heart & went through with this. Right now I get to attend a state college where TSSG is teaching us about the Caribbean, preparing us for our voyage ahead and helping to show all of us girls that we can overcome obstacles and work hard to succeed in what ever we do.
