  Demand that the employees on duty at McDonald's be held responsible in the beating of a trans woman

  A bearded man, obviously a man, is dragged out of the men's room in a restaurant and severely beaten by two thugs while restaurant employees cheer the beating. Who may be classed as offenders in this crime? Howa many7 will get punished? Why is the beating of a transgender person any differerent in the eyes of the law and the restaurant owner?
