    I'm very happy to hear you've been following the project. The points you make above resonate with what I've seen on the ground. The last point (in particular) I imagine would resonate with the hospital staff.

    The medical staff in Malawi are simultaneously users, owners, and benefactors of the program - which wouldn't have happened without FrontlineSMS.
