Once they cross the finish line it seems like the common person no longer is at the top of their priority list. I fear we are in for a long road waiting for his change, we would fare better by starting in the local municipalities and MAKE them address reform. I have hope, but as you said, the top priority was decriminalization and I am not going to hold my breath.
