The important thing to find out was whether or not his brakes were faulty and when he tried applying his brakes. All that should be in the brain of the computer. I'm guessing the reason why he hasn't be released is they probably already know exactly what went down and he is still at fault.
Umm.....wait, people are complaining that's there's a law to make it illegal to be illegal? It's easy...come to the United States of America legally and you'll have no problem! I support this 100%, as should every other AMERICAN (no matter the ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, political party, etc.).
Mark and Kurt bring up great points and I agree with them 100%. It is simply astonishing that there are people who are against Sheriff Joe Arpaio and all the great work he has done making this area a safer place to live. These protestors need to do more research and listen to points from the other side before accusing a hard working legal American who is simply doing his job. If it weren't for people like Sheriff Arpaio this would be a much worse place.
I'd say handcuffing was a bit extreme for an 8-year-old. However, I do believe she needs to be punished for kicking, pinching, and spitting on the teachers when being restrained.
