I've been an activist for Darfur for three years and I still can't believe thousands of people are still dying right before the world's eyes. When I first learned about Rwanda, I made a vow that I would scream bloody murder when genocide took place. Since I took that vow, this journey has taken me all the way to Washington, D.C. where I was a winner for the U.S. Holocaust Museum's Darfur essay contest and met up with several NGO's including Save Darfur. I hope that I have fulfiled the promise I made.
