I am a retiree of the State of Georgia. I am a single, ailing woman, with overwhelming household obligations.

I have been diagnosed as being physically disabled. Currently, I suffer from diabetes, fibromyalgia, insomnia, osteoarthritis, meniere”s disease, glaucoma, degenerative disc disease cervical and lumbar, massive rotator cuff tear right shoulder, and a rotator cuff tear left shoulder. I have undergone one major back surgery and countless outpatient surgeries. Also, I have been diagnosed with acid reflux, upper and lower back muscle spasms. I visit a pain clinic monthly for pain control.

I am enduring an increased number of bills and I am in constant need of medication that is paid for out of pocket. I exist on a fixed income without the means of making more money.
