  Pot and the Safe Driving Myth

  For those of you who have never been homeless.. 
  I wish you had.
  
  For I remember when I lost everything. I had a backpack with some clothes, and a smartphone pda. The phone wasn't active, but guess what? It doesn't NEED A BILL to take pictures on your phone!
  Another KID just lost his hope at becoming a journalist.

  276,604 - Arrested for Drug Offence
  131,110 - Arrested for Cannabis
  
  1/2 of their arrestee's are CrazEd WaCKi ToBaki HipStErs!

  War on Drugs Clock: (so far this year)
  $3,003,087,900 - Federal
  $4,609,767,184 - State
  
  Now another 2 billion-
  
  Will be given to a failing domestic war. To police and law enforcement that would rather arrest a mellow easy-going hippie, then go after the real crimes that shake up our streets everyday. Like meth labs and raging aloholics! Imagine if we actually recruited 'real' police officers that were given bonuses and nice salaries on the horrible crime they upturn.
  
  Or should we continue to reward them from just scapin' by?

  It's Still Bush's Drug War

  Governement Marijuana Policy = Catch 22
  
  Marijuana is a schedule 1 illicit drug.
  
  The active ingredient in marijuana, (THC), is a schedule 3 drug.
  
  So in order for something to be classified as a Schedule 1, it must have 'NO' medical value of any sort.
  
  Although, putting it's active ingredient in a schedule 3 class, shows the fact that marijuana does have medical value, so therefore, should no longer be classifed as a Schedule 1 drug.

  It's Still Bush's Drug War

  I can't wait 'till the D.E.A. has to give Obama the bill.
  
  On the wasted billions of dollars that this failed policy still brings.
  
  Why does the DEA raid sick people?
  
  Because dispensaries have no defense in federal court (marijuana has no medical benefits under federal ruling, yet you can defend it as a religious sacrament)
  
  Because they're sick too..
  
  Because any cash they seize, will go straight into their pockets.
  
  Becuase U.S. citizens don't need a fair trial in court, so we won't arrest you, but we damn sure will loot your shit!
