Glynis Keystone Interaction Skills

Every day i see how using empathy changes my life for the better, more ease, more compassion for myself, more compassion for others whether i personally know them or not. I am able to reach deeper into my heart, the part that wants connection and really change my original perception to acceptance of the differences in the world.
When i think about unity in diversity i imagine the potential power in this statement; empathy with yourself has a similar power for me, especially if you cant quite accept or understand everything that goes on in the world or in your self.
