UCSF: Don't Let Jesus Navarro Die, Approve His Kidney Transplant

He should get the surgery for humanitarian assistance especially if he can pay. But once he is well enough to travel be escorted back to his original country. A lot of immigrants come here legally. He should not be allowed to stay in the country once he is well.
