I am a writer, academic, speaker, and peace activist. I earned a Master of Liberal Studies degree from Rollins College and I'm currently pursuing a PhD in Comparative Studies at Florida Atlantic University. I'm also a newly certified Humanist Minister.
I'm an active essayist and journalist, and organizer in the peace and justice movement. My writing has appeared in select journals and a range of independent magazines including Z magazine, Toward Freedom, and the Humanist.
Late last year my book, Perpetual Revolt: Essays on Peace & Justice and The Shared Values of Secular, Spiritual, and Religious Progressives (Howling Dog Press, 250 pages, $15.95), was published by Howling Dog Press.
