Public Services Like Firefighting Shouldn't Require a Subscription Fee

I agree Cole and I wondered the same thing.. I would imagine it would have to be a child because if it had been the homeowner I fear that people would still have thought he was at fault for not paying.. I have literally heard people say this was a tabloid story when I posted it to facebook a few days ago. it makes it hard to keep hope.
