Shame on the New York Times for allowing this to be printed! Not only does the article blame an 11-year-old child for the actions of her male rapists; it also sympathizes with the rapists and includes a prominent quote about how they'll have to live with this the rest of their lives. What about what that young girl will have to live with? NYT needs to send some reporters and editors back to journalism 101, gender studies 101 AND needs to hire more women in its top ranks to prevent garbage like this from being published.
