Makana commented on the petition |Being transgendered I feel that this prohibition is detrimental to all that are transitioning. I agree that it can be very financially hard for all transgender to have the surgery(ies) to be able to become the gender that they identify with.

Makana commented on the petition |Because I am also transgender and feel that everyone has a right to a safe restroom. Especially in this day and age where medical facilities and crews are not even trained on how to help a transgender.

"Our franchisee is investigating the behavior and response of his employees. Action has been taken, and the crew member who made the video is no longer employed by his organization. Appropriate action regarding other employees will take place as warranted."
What is there to investigate???? You can clearly hear the voices in the background!!! The whole shift including the shift supervisor; who seems to just walk off as the victim is having a seizure, needs to all be terminated. If you are working for an establishment that is EOE (Equal Opportunity Employer) then as an employee (especially if you are on the clock) need to stand up for your customers rights and safety!!!
