If Judge Burge didn't have authority to declare her innocent, then at the very least, you as Governor have the authority to end this miscarriage of justice.

Carol commented on the petition |Outrageous. What kind of person does this to children or to any other human being? Are we in the old USSR or Nazi Germany? If substantiated and convicted in court, these perpetrators need to be incarcerated in a mental health facility themselves.
