I am committed to the cause and the plight of the people, our youth and the need for improved and quality education and the rights of our indigenous people. I recently lost an elderly family member to the atrocities of nursing homes and am actively seeking to call greater attention to our elderly who often are too frail and often afraid to do more than suffer in silence. Last year I fought those "too big to fail" and learned that they are indeed to big to fail and am now one of the 7 million homeless and in foreclosure. I remain committed to the fight of those whose needs are so great that only through the actions of many can we affect change.

kenniss commented on the petition |This is astounding since everyone is falling in line to support the Dream Act that gives illegal aliens access to college education and the Federal Law guarantees free public education through 12th grade to folks who are not even citizens of this country. How can we stand by and allow this travesty of justice to go on. A woman who wants what we all want and that is a quality education in a safe environment for our children should be applauded not left with a record to follow her. She was working to make a better life and now that is also taken away - how much punishment is enough? $30,500 for 2 girls for 2 years is about $7100 per girl for an education and I must conclude that these girls were robbed or Ohio has a system that breeds inequality of education. If the school system is that strapped for funds then let's all pledge to send them a hundred pennies and erase her debt, expunge her record and let her go on to become a role model for the community and probably, a GREAT Teacher!!!
