  Raising Hale For Helen

  Incapacitation should be based upon medical standards. However, all rights of our mother (except the right to vote which requires a separate process) were taken away despite medical evidence that she had capacity to make certain decisions about her life. The primary disputes are now about money, money and more money rather than the happiness and health of our mother.
