I am just a people......
I believe that Special Interests should be viewed as 1-person/vote, the same way the people are.
I believe that the COMPLEXITY of our Laws and Regulations go FAR beyond the capacity of Human Comprehension.
I believe that "Each candidate" should take a test on every law and regulation applicatble to his jurisdiction, and pass that test 100% before being allowed to run for office. If THEY cannot understand it ALL, then WE have NO HOPE!

Bart commented on the article |All I can say about Teachers & Professors, is that some are so good, you do not need the books.
Those are the ones who have the Learning Know-How, and although the subject area may not be so exciting, the environment for learning is Powerful !!
It SURE is NOT the classroom, that so much money is put forth for. It IS the INSTRUCTOR..... -

Plus it's way way Cheaper. Don't you hate it when they put 1 tomatoe on the scale and its $4.00??? Yeah, makes you too sick to eat it.
The other thing I like is that its not picked usualy as early as what is sold to the stores.
AND it has not been polished, waxed, and rolled down a conveyor belt with electric eyes determining if its good enuff to eat. YOU get to do that yourself! -

Be it genetic alteration of foods, crops, etc. -or- eradication of anything is counterproductive to the cycles of human existence.
However, being HIGH all the time, (well unless you need it medically from something natural or pharmaceutical) I think is something We As A People need to address in a humane manner.

Since 9-11 the police forces have doubled, yet NO reduction in crime. What does that say??
"Protect and Serve" is a thing of the past.
