I am a member of various animal welfare organizations and have recently participated in a peaceful demonstration concerning this topic. Additionally, I try to impart what I have learned through researching issues on how we treat animals and how it affects our society as a whole. So far it seems that most of the individuals I have spoken with respond in a positive manner and have expressed interest in learning more.
