Thank you for posting this in the women's rights section. Ultimately transgenderism is a women's rights issue. It's all about having personal autonomy over ones body. Ultimately I think a lot of sexism will disappear when people can chose what gender they live in.
I'm glad to see Candice and Isis (and Calpernia Addams, for that matter) make it on TV. I do wish that our representation was less sexualized. There are many of us that aren't models, but are active politicians and activists and that gets little coverage these days. Heck, Diego Sanchez was just named as a senior policy advisor to Rep. Barney Frank, the seventh most power man in Congress. I was named as a delegate FROM INDIANA (believe it or not) to the Democratic National Convention. Times are a "changin" and it's a beautiful thing to see.
