Salem NJ Puppy euthanized after severe beating, Maximum Sentence for Raseem McNeil.

Any human being (and I use the term loosely) who would harm an innocent animal, a defenseless puppy, no less, will go on to harm people eventually. Such abuse is a precursor of worse crimes to come. Mr. McNeil should be punished to the full extent of the law and never be allowed to own an animal for the duration of his life.
