If you buy from an individual you don't have to, that's anywhere , I can sell a gun to anyone I want but if they can prove I knew that person had a felony I would get in trouble. There's no such thing as a gun show loophole. That's a play on words. If you buy a gun from someone with an FFL you have to have a background check. If you buy form an individual you don't. If an individual is selling a gun, that serial number is in his name if he originally bought it from an FFL holder so I don't think anyone would sell to someone they thought would use it in a crime. It would be traced back to the orignal owner.Of course there's always acceptions.

I know a lot of white trash welfare people that refuse to go to school to better themselves. They should of been aborted. Just think there'd probably be 20 or so million people a burden on society since row versus wade if they weren't aborted..

Exactly and people that want to save the whales and polar bears and tress but are pro choice crack me up, they're hypocrites. I'm pro choice, pro death penalty and though I don't do it myself I'm for hunting and killing animals, for food. I think it's great to be a vegan if you're against killing animals but don't force that crap on everyone. Mr Vegetarian Adolph Hitler always wanted to force his view on everyone also. If that guy ate a schnitzel and drank a beer maybe he wouldn't of been so full of hate like so many liberal waco's and right wing extremists.

the law suit is obserd. just make the public aware it's loaded with sodium and a free society can make up their own mind if they want to eat it or not.
