It's cowardice that only one Senator has cosponsored the bill to end torture, it can be called this, at the "therapy" center in Massachusetts. There is no reason to give girls and boys electric shocks or withhold food from them. I have read from supporters of those practices that they do that because they are the only ways to control the girls and boys. This is not true. Those disturbing practices need to end because girls and boys needed to be actually, treated, not tortured.
Although the film features intense words which have lead to suicides of LGBT girls and boys, learning to fight homophobia is a better strategy. It's good that "Bully" will receive a PG-13 rating. Youth rights and LGBT rights have come together for the benefit of young LGBT people. I give credit to the many celebrities for supporting this important change on behalf of Katy Butler.
The U.S. is too political, this is how pink slime got approved for schools, so we as people should control the bad effects of being too political.
The petition description is ageism because getting a Bachelor's degree at 23 is not too young so Kaia Stern is an ageist. Using shrewd language in this manner distracts from the purpose of the petition. If I started a petition about this, I would have treated the expelled students in a courteous manner. Harvard University should grant them their Bachelor's degree.
I don't like bills being named after people so the bill mentioned should be renamed. Bills named after people, especially in this manner, give too much emphasis to the person rather than the bill's purpose. Enterprise shouldn't allow people to rent cars which have been recalled. If the company gives an excuse, then it wouldn't be credible because Hertz supports the bill.
