  Mary, you said "The fact that we have many, many people in our country undocumented just shows us that what we have in place does not work."  I disagree wholeheartedly.  The reason we have so many "illegals" in our country is that we have not secured our borders as we should have many, many years ago.  We are and will continue to pay the price for our careless enforcement of our laws.  Oh, yes, IT IS ILLEGAL to enter this country without permission!

  Where do you guys get this?  This comment is as stupid as the article by Ms Lal.  If a person (a people, as you say), performs an illegal act such as entering a country without permission, they have become ILLEGAL in that country.  This is not rocket science people!

  Another Anti-Immigrant Attack Ends in Tragedy

  Mr. Bennion, you may choose to turn your head to the reality that illegal immigration is destroying this country, maybe because without them you'd have to find some other means of work and these people look to you as some sort of savior.  As a Hispanic myself, I am just horrified and embarrassed by the illegals from central and south America coming to this country making demands.  My family didn't make demands and we were grateful for being allowed to live in a free country where you can create your own future.  We didn't "expect" anything for free, as many coming here are doing.  We never experienced any bias towards us but I see a trend where Americans are starting to lump us all together no thanks for people like you.
