Katharina Weihmann

Katharina is a writer, vegetarian, social and political activist, feminist and photographer. Her work as a volunteer and as an activist has been featured in news media in America, Germany and the Middle East. She attended Goethe Institute in Germany and has traveled to over 15 nations in three continents. She was named the ONE Campaign’s (www.one.org) Austin Campus Organizer in 2007 and was asked to attend the 1st Annual Power 100 Summit held this past January in Washington, D.C. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in December 2008 with a BA in Sociology.
