African Americans make up:
* 48% of those charged with homicide.
* 41% of the death row population.
* 34% of those actually executed since 1976.

Tell me again that the death penalty is biased against African Americans?

Tobacco = Evil

Stop it with tobacco being evil! Even the Democrats in the Congress said that tobacco is a force for good; after all, it is being used to fund healthcare "for the children."

I call on President Obama to keep smoking, and every Democrat must start, lest they be accused of, once again, passing a tax that will never apply to them.
