  Emily, regarding the more substantive debate that needs to be taking place, I'd like to direct your attention to the oped that ran in the Philadelphia Inquirer yesterday from Citizens Climate Lobby. The basic gist is that a carbon tax and rebate is simpler and more effective than cap and trade, which has more moving parts than a Rube Goldberg machine:
