Male Genital Mutilation is sexual, physical and psychological torture and assault of boys and it must not be tolerated by the professional community. This sexism that protects girls from having their genitals mutilated while allowing and even encouraging the penises of boys to be cut and mutilated is unacceptable. Where is the outcry?
