  Congratulations on a wonderful article! People simply do not realize what is happening with NAIS because it is going to hit on so many different levels.
  
  Vegetarians and vegans don't realize that their produce is going to go up, average consumers are unaware of meat prices going up specifically because of NAIS - let alone the prices on items that require products from animals in their manufacture (everything from clothing to glue).
  
  I, myself, was unaware of the 33 species, believeing (and stating) that it was only 29 - and I have been working on this issue for over three years now!
  
  This program will be the death knell of the American way of life as we know it - creating monopolies in food, controlling the use and ownership of property, destroying the protection of First Amendment rights to religious beliefs and in many other ways.
