We have built our civilizations and fought our bloody wars on the backs of horses. We owe horses the kindest and most respectful treatment. Sending them to slaughter is morally reprehensible. Please ensure that horse slaughter plants are not opened in the U.S. and stop the transport of horses abroad to be slaughtered.
