Socially liberal and fiscally conservative, but people come before money so I usually vote Democrat. Much as I respected McCain, I couldn't vote for him, especially after he selected Palin for VP.
I'm a civilian contractor communications manager for the US Navy, a job I thoroughly enjoy. I've traveled the world and made good friends, and also enjoy coming home to my wife Pamela and our 22-acre farm in Appomattox, Virginia, where we (OK, she) raises Davenport Arabian horses. We also have a couple of beef cattle, and lots of free-range chickens and turkeys. I'd say it's heaven on earth, but I'm an atheist.
