Every night, before I fall asleep, I wonder and hope for the day in which I can marry the one I love. So far, this dream is very far from coming true, but with some help and compassion, we can squash homophobia and bring about a day in which we can love with out fear. I am very blessed to have a father who taught me to stand up for what I believe in, and to always try new things. He taught me that "can't" is only an excuse for "wont" and that things will not always be easy, but you should do your best any ways until you get it. I, like my dad, am a firm believer that there is no one so stupid in this world that you can not learn from... even if it is what NOT to do.
With this knowledge, and with my compassion and dreams, I will fight for what I believe is right and stand up for those in need.
