  This is the most important issue facing us today. It is potentially about planetary survival.
  Why is the MSM ignoring this issue?
  Is the pro-nuclear lobby so strong and so greedy they will not publish the facts of this tragedy which threatens mankind?
  We must put pressure on our so-called leaders to do the right thing and assist the Japanese before it is too late.

  Senators Boxer and Feinstein: Investigate the ongoing danger from the Fukushima nuclear reactors

  I am signing this petition because I am part of the human race and want to appeal to your own humanity as well.

  We, the US, set loose this demon of Atomic
  Energy that now imperils the entire planet.
  This is not a partisan political issue. This is about survival. Yet, the press is silent and the world turns its back on Japan whose officials have shown their complete and utter incompetence in the face of this disaster which threatens us all.

  The US must take the lead and bring together experts from every corner of the world to re-mediate this disaster before it is too late. It is only a matter of time until an earthquake strikes. What are we thinking allowing this situation to unfold as if it were a minor incident for Japan only, acting as if it does not concern us.

  Did Hillary Clinton strike a deal with Japan bargaining away our right to safe imports? I read today her daughter is pregnant; may God have mercy on her soul.

  Have we gone mad? How can the life of the people and the planet itself be risked for profit?

  "If not you, who? If not now, when" has never had more significance.

  President Barack Obama: Take war with Iran off the Table!

  We are hypocrites when we support Israel with its nuclear arsenal yet declare Iran a threat with no proof they have started developing such weapons. This drum beat for war is the work of AIPAC. We must break the stranglehold this organization of warmongers has over our government. What is good for them is not good for humanity.
  Our reliance on violence and threats of the use of weapons of mass destruction clearly defines us as the terrorists of the world. Israel is committing crimes against humanity in its apartheid against the Palestinians. For the US to support such actions while decrying these behaviors in other parts of the world demonstrates how shallow our true belief in democracy is. Our actions belie our words and the world is taking notice. Why do we tolerate and, in fact, assist Israel in building a nuclear arsenal yet see even the possibility of a neighboring country doing the same as a threat? Israel and the US are destabilizing the Middle East with their arrogant and unreasonable demands of others what they will not do themselves.
  I do not want another war. The suffering, pain and costs of such an evil plundering of another Middle Eastern country should be off the table. We are talking about destroying an ancient culture and beautiful human beings who love their families and countrymen the same as we do. How can we de-humanize them and use them as pawns in this one-sided way? It is through mindless and diabolical behavior which always takes us away from truth and light. We have a choice to let our primitive part of the brains be in control using violence; or to allow the complexity of our evolved brains to work out these dilemmas through diplomacy.
  War is obsolete. Let's get on with the hard work of peace building and following the golden rule. A rule, by the way, held by all religions and cultures in one form or another.
  Let's use our brains for good for a change!
