Kurt- If they move up from working that fields that is not a problem, that means they worked their way up thats what we do here we progress, that is how we built this country, many people immigrated here and worked their way up. If you fear some one taking your job then make sure yo do it well, so you are not replaced. Your job is not an entitlement you have to work for it, if some one takes your job it is because you did not work hard enough to keep it. Dont blame some one else. People keep assets and throw get rid of liabilities.

stuart he refered to our fore fathers there was no immgration laws when they step foot here so no they did not have permission fro the natives to be here.

If you think i was impying that everyone should be able to come here i dont believe that either. I dont wnat drug dealer or terrorist here. But I am in favor of workers who are willing to work the feilds and other jobs that most Americans will not.

As for your self deprtation theory it wont work they are desperate to feed their families and i have to say I would do the same thing if I were in their shoes, As would and other mother,father son or daughter would do to sustain their family. They are not taking anything from me I have no desire to wash dishes for $8 an hour paid buy the barrell for picking produce. They can have that if it will feed their families. I also have no desire to pay extreme amounts of money for my produce or services that i enjoy on a day to day bases, because with out their low wages the expenses will just be handed down tothe consumer. The money they make can sustain their cost of living but not mine.

This countries citizens have a long history of bending rules and laws if it means putting another dollar it their pocket so good luck to you on getting people to follow that law..maybe we should deport those violaters of the law to their countries too. The goverment will never let go of the extra money they make from the millions that do have FICA and medicare or state taxes taken from the checks of the people who collect checks from these companies you want to dicipline. It will never happen. And yes they do get real paycheck too with taxes out that will never be paid out to them at the en dof the year or when they grow old. so a gain dream on.

My father and grandfathr fought for my right to persue happiness in two different wars and your right to run your mouth with your derogatory statements about children so I will send them your thanks. Those children you refer to as "anchors" were born under the laws you so ignorantly defend so they do have a right to be here the are U.S citizens. And a child has no bearing on a immigrants status, a child is not even eligible to petition for a parent to they are adults so the reference is really off.

And You bet your a#$ there will be a way for them to get in line so get over it! No one has toelrence for the hate rhetoric any more. ypu are a dying breed

Mike, All your cap words are great but what you dont know is that their is no real LEGAL way for MOST of the peopl who come here the way they did. And our forfathers came here the same way theses ILLEGAL aliens do, because back then this country believed EVERYONE one had a right to be here in the land of oppurtunity. If you read correctly the people who immigrated here and claimed this land as thier own did not come with permission or papers either, so not a good example. And you are right we do need to know who is here, that is why we want a legal path to citizenship for them to come out. Where do you think we are going to getthe money to deport 12 million people, the current law will require everyone outside a hundred mile radius a right to see a judge, thye will all need a place paid for by you to stay and be fed while they are detained and wait for their day in court, If they are ordered deported then we will have to pay for 12 million peoples ticket home.Also we dont have enough Judges to handle a case load like that so it could take YEARS to OBEY the current immigration LAWS that you hold to be so high. This problem is bigger than you realize it is. Some of these people are parents to U.S. citizens or spouses to U.S. citizens who have the RIGHT to be here also under the current LAWS. Their is not a line for everyone to get in.
