Banning certain dog breeds takes away all responsibility from people who have dogs. Animal cruelty laws need to be inforced, even something simple as not allowing chaining a dog 24/7. Dogs are social creatures by nature and need to interact with people.
Pit bulls aren't the problem, it is people.
