  Town of Lexington: Make crossing Lowell St by the Harrington School safer.

  In addition to this being one of few school zones with no flashing lights, the entrance to the school is on a sort of blind turn, and the school's sign is beautiful...but ineffective. Cars zoom through this area at speeds significantly above speed limit. Perhaps a speed reader that turns red above 20 would also go a long way to making drivers aware of their speed in addition to the school sign.
