I am a small business owner and my wife owns a rosary shop on line.I do not smoke or drink but i can plainly see what is going on around me.George Washington once said"Asking a man to abide by outdated laws is like asking him to wear the clothes he wore as a child" I support this because even though the government will not admitt it they use hemp for many things as does the rest of the world, the rates that we are locking people up for simple possession is alarming(due to private owned and traded prisons), the families being ripped apart and the lies with unsubstantiated lies about the plant being passed on. The only reason alcohol was repealed was because too many government officials and high ranking citizens were getting caught in raids, in fact many were running the illegal rings.

Why We Should Tax Pot

You know what I have to agree with everything in this post, in addition to taxation to the smokers we would once again have a sustainable GDP(oils, gasoline,cloth,paper,medicine,food suplimentrope,bodegratable plastics). Did you know our DOW is down 32.5% for the year and our national debt is almost 70% of our GDP, we are not in the technology race, this is a product that can single handedly reverse these numbers. If we simply recant this law because of the false pretenses in which it was constituted( it was used in some parts to keep Mexicans on the farm and out of town, other parts to harass musicians, and used to strike fear into the hearts of millions without any real fact or education) we stand to make billions as a country.Surely we a Americans have moved past the lies and prejiduces and can see when we have a way to keep our nation srtong.
