  Idea for Change in America: Pass a Trans-Inclusive Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA)

  Thanks for highlighting this 'idea'!  I'm surprised again and again by staunch so-called LGBT activists who are willing to compromise on the ENDA issue, and just aim for protection on the basis of sexual orientation.  It is both morally and practically better for the queer community to push for nondiscrimination laws for more people, not fewer.
