Call to Arms, Change DEMANDED in NYC ACC Euthanasia Policies and Practices

The very high numbers of euthanized dogs in New York indicates that more can be done to save their lives, including corporate sponsorships, donations to keep the animals safe and fed, expansion of shelter facilities, educating the public about backyard breeders and dog fighting, etc. There are hundreds of rescue groups willing to help, but they need funds to feed, house and vet the dogs. Certainly a 6-figure income isn't ethical when so many loving, sentient beings are dying in New York animal control. I am signing this petition because there are better ways of helping animals and stopping overbreeding. And I am the "mom" of two dogs rescued from NY ACC - I have a vested interest in what happens there. Thank you.

I have volunteered with special needs kids in the past. They can sometimes be challenging, but using electroshock is is heinous and cruel, and unnecessary.clean up your act or or get a different job.
