British citizen resident in Denmark for most of the time since 1972. International background. B.A.Political Studies and Post-graduate teaching diploma. Most of my working life was spent in children's day-care. Retired in 2002. Since then most of my time has been spent on voluntary work and improving my language skills. To begin with I took courses in Danish and French, but in 2005 I started learning Esperanto. The last named activity has transformed my life! Most of my waking hours are now devoted to it, in one way or the other.
