Interesting words by the Ugandan government guy. So they couldn't protect the children for over 20 years and now they've figured out somehow that the kids are in Darfur. Not exactly believable, but very sympathy inducing I suppose.
I saw this video the other day was a little shocked to see that child soldiers were used to put the current president of Uganda, Museveni, into power.
