I'm the US Media Officer for ForestEthics, a nonprofit that specializes in leveraging the consumer marketplace to protect the world's remaining wild places, particularly the vast forests of Canada. Basically, we're really into forests! Right now that means working to stop the Tar Sands, expose the greenwash of the Sustainable Forestry Initiative, protect the Great Bear Rainforest, and carry out the promise of the Canadian Boreal Forest Agreement.
