  Great Post!  Quibble with the title--I know double use of the F was alliterative but I am resisting this trend I've noticed over the last few years--the increasing use of the "females" when "women" is appropriate.  I find the increased of the biological term to be pejorative in many cases.  Not saying it is in your piece of course but I'm being a watchdog of sorts.   We are more than our bodies and all of that.

  Digg Community Responds to Change.org CR Efforts

  Really fabulous job Jen.  I think what has to happen is that interactions like these need to happen on a daily basis.  Exhausting, but probably the only real way to acceptance of the behavior within Digg.
